Disappearing in Mexico

Human Rights WatchThis report (.pdf) released yesterday by Human Rights Watch claims that over 250 disappearances during the presidency of President Felipe Calderon may have involved state agents.  President Calderon’s six-year term ended last year.  The current President, Enrique Peña Nieto, took office on December 1, 2012.  He is a member of the Institutional Revolution Party (PRI).
